We prepare your annual accounts in accordance with the Companies
Act and applicable accounting standards and file them at
Companies House with an official accountant's report.
Abbreviated accounts (Discloses less information for public
viewing) can be filed instead if you prefer. The accounts
will be filed at a time convenient to yourself in order
to maximise your tax planning opportunities e.g. Dividend
management and Directors salaries.
